"Only wanted some frozen food but picked up some snails as well. Explained to staff ive been keeping fish for over 20 years to be told 'i don listen when people tell me that, as policies change'. Yes they may change but basic fish keeping hasnt (cycled tank, safe water levels). Got the snails i wanted and was happy with them. Great price on snails and food though. Free parking is a bonus but please listen when customers say they have kept fish for a number of years they will know what they are talking about! *woudnt normally buy fish from here due to amount of fish under treatment and amount of dead ones in tanks-should he removed quickly. But what do i know?....."
