"Waste of time. I sent an online enquiry last week as I'm in the process of viewing BTL properties. Spoke to Steve for 30 minutes on Monday and discussed all the usual details and requirements and he said he would email a few options by 3pm the following day (Tuesday). It is now Friday and I haven't received anything. I should've pre-empted this happening when during our call he said "I don't know why you would use a broker it sounds pretty straightforward".
