"Prescription not ready 4 days after ordering. Queues outside and long waits once you get inside. Can never get through on the phone. Hearing the staff inside chatting loudly about non work things while you've waited a long time inside and out isnt the best either."
"Shockingly bad service. Always left outside in the cold waiting for ages while the slow staff chatter. Takes them nearly a week to ready a repeat prescription and when you go to collect it they say they haven't had time to do it so wait 30 mins (on top of the 30 mins you've been waiting outside already)!! Now changed to the Co-Op who are a million times better!"
"An absolute joke.... 307 calls between 4:30 and 6:30pm for the phone to start ringing at 6:30, conveniently when they've closed. Have been stood inside waiting for a prescription only to hear someone lie on the phone to a patient that there prescription was waiting for something. When infact it was there they just didn't know where it had been put!! Disgusting behaviour!"
