"Assistant on the post office section is very offhand, doesn't listen to what you are saying and has no manners whatsoever. She is the same everything I call in and also treats other customers in the same way. Why should we have to put up with dire service when it is the only post office within walking distance. Also calls to Family shopper are never answered."

"All staff are nice and polite apart from one lady, she's extremely rude every time I use this shop for no reason, family members have had the same issue, and I have seen this woman treat other shoppers this way too when I've been in store. I myself work on a checkout and understand that manners cost nothing however this woman doesn't seem to understand this herself, has completely put me off going in store when this woman is working as I know that it will be a horrible service, which is a shame as I have been using this shop for 20 years."
