"I had the misfortune to shop at Boots Matlock, they are seriously understaffed and it impacts customers as people queueing are leaving in frustration. I was there about 15 mins and after waiting for ages I was told to go to the cashier near the door who was walking round the shop finding things for a young woman and chatting for ages before she finally served me. I told her I had been waiting for a long time and customers were not being treated fairly she said oh and was disdainful. I expected her to apologise but she was huffy. There is another chemist called Manor Pharmacy where I will do my shopping in future. I would have thought the cashier would have passed my comments on to management instead of being rudely dismissive to me instead you have lost a customer of 65 years."
"Queued for half an hour for a prescription pick up, queue was by the door! Not a solitary occasion either! Prescription had been sent from GPS previous day, still not ready. Unfortunately the pharmacy service is appalling since Phoebe left. Last 2 visits for prescription, things are back to normal, quick and efficient, great, well done!"
