"Today My daughter and I took my disabled mum into the phone department of the store. A gentleman named Edward assisted us. All I can say is, Edward is most definitely a credit to the store. He helped us to make the best choice for my mum, offered to set up the phone so it was ready for mum to use but most importantly, he made my mum laugh and smile. All of the above meant a lot to us.
