"I've been going for a long time but this place has really gone downhill. I won't be going back again now. The prices are higher than most other places in the city centre, even Marks & Spencer. Check you receipt carefully. Several times when buying drinks that were discounted on the shelves, I've been charged the full price at the till."
"Possibly the worst shop in all of Sheffield. Always one person on the till with a queue of 15 people waiting, when you finally make it to the checkout you'll find how rude most of the staff are (not all!). The staff are always running around like headless chickens talking into their little head sets Don't bother trying this shop unless you aren't in a rush. Be prepared to spend half an hour of your lunch break waiting in the queue."
"Absolutely terrible service from someone called Anne I asked why there were 15 people in the queue (after standing there 15 mins). She told me there was another person that had jumped on a different check out. One girl behind me said she only wanted a lighter. When i got to the cashier Anne...she told me she was not serving me and took the cigarettes away from me and a bottle of wine I had bought for my colleague to congratulate her. Absolutely appealing behaviour...if she worked for my bank she would be on the way out!!!! Customer comes first. She could have said sorry... she said I'm not serving you... get lost!!!."
"It's alright but the cashiers are slow. Would be nice to have self serves in, especially for on a morning when you need to get to work but the queue is a mile long and there's only one person at the checkout. Always feel watched by security, but I guess they're doing their job given the part of the city centre."
"Not the best shop, has a lovely bakery though with a good variety of crisps and drinks but apart from that it’s not really great and can be improved."
