"Ordered online yesterday and straight away got an email saying order ready for collection. Travelled over to Sainsbury’s to find nobody there. There were customers standing around waiting to be served. Went to Sainsbury’s customer service desk to find out what was happening, to be told that no Argos staff had turned up that day due to the snow. Sainsbury’s was fully staffed, and full of customers. There was no excuse whatsoever for the Argos staff not to have traveled in later that morning, and really poor order system allowing customers to place orders and wrongly receive emails to come collect their orders."
