"My son is autistic and struggles in shops. During lockdown i only used asda and b&m. The staff in b&m were always so friendly, polite, caring and instead of giving dirty looks like most, each and every one would give me a smile and politely ask about and got to know my son. They would always try to serve us as quick as possible and on my sons preferred till, always made the effort to say hello to him even if they didn't get a response. We moved away for a while and when we came back a lovely staff member mentioned how they had spoke about not seeing us and how nice it was we were back. Literally the best bunch of staff and people i have met and one of the shops i actually look forward to going to with my son. Thank you to all of you."
