"Abysmal place! Had a consultation with them for our child and agreed a date with them that suits both us and them. Continuity with the same “councillor” and time frame (weekly) is paramount to ensure the process works. They decided to leave a voicemail with us changing the date of our appointments without our input. After calling them we reverted back to our original date. When we arrived, they’d switched the councillor from the one we’d agreed from initial consultation to someone new. Week two was again someone else, again completely disregarding continuity. Now week three and they’ve cancelled our appointment. Counselling services should be taken very seriously and Phillipi don’t care about the mental impact it could have on clients depending on such services."

"It's been a few years since I've recieved counselling from philippi but now that I'm considering more counselling they are top of the list. My previous experience was professional and my counsellor at the time (Val) was incredibly patient and caring. I had some really complex and sensitive issues to discuss and I felt both comfortable and confident to share with her. Location is also great for a bus route. I was unemployed and the donation system that was set up at the time made sessions both affordable and more accessible for me. I couldn't fault them."

"Utter shambles of a service, the ultimate in box ticking. No care, no support, nothing. If you or anyone you care about needs this type of service you should go anywhere else other than here."

"I had counseling with this organisation, and all I can say is that all in all, I'm disappointed. My sessions with my counselor where great and I did actually find help from them, but unfortunately my counselor decided to take a break from counseling. As you build a trust and relationship with this person, especially considering I was in a vulnerable state, I found it very unprofessional to have received a call to say my counselor had left. I understand circumstances change, however in the line of work such as counseling, I feel there should be a professionalism to complete a client's treatment. All I can say is that I am disappointed by this, and hopefully it doesn't happen again to someone even more vulnerable."

"The staff are absolutely lovely, and they are incredibly good at what they do. It is a Christian organisation, though does not at all push that on you if you are not of that belief or do not wish to include religion. I would highly recommend them, as they are a delightful team to work with."
