"I first saw Joe’s work whilst searching Instagram for a Leeds based tattoo artists. I was particularly interested in his cover-up work as I had a number of traditional pieces that I needed covering up. Loved all his Japanese work and opted for this style as a cover up. I message him on Instagram and received a reply back within hours inviting me to the studio for a free consultation. He created a very calm and relaxed atmosphere, provided helpful direction and talked me through options he thought would best cover up the old tattoo. He then provided a digital mock-up of the designs. Joe also showed me some of his previous work including cover-ups which gave me great confidence in his work. At no time was there any rush or pressure from Joe and when I had chosen a design, he kept refining if for me.
