I understand if that is how they do it fair enough but it should be made clear because when they take the payment It's roughly the same amount you would have paid on top Of the money borrowed for the buyback! It is slightly deceiving if you are not used to this kind of process or arrangement As I never used the service before and was handling a product for someone else, it's ludicrous. all they need to do is make the process clear below taking payment or in a simple leaflet I'll check later I don't think even the agreement mentions that extending the payback. Doesn't deduct the balance to be honest it really think it should"
