"I took my Mum down on Sunday 6th September, sadly she suffers with dementia and it has been a very difficult 5 months for us all with the present situation It was the first time I had taken her out shopping since all this started, we've relied heavily on the care company and internet shopping, but she has really missed going down and choosing what she wants Unfortunately, she has misplaced her little dogs lead, so we had to try and find another to replace it, so we could take him out for a walk. I approached a member of staff to ask if they sold them, unfortunately they didn't, but he went into the back to try and find something that would do the job, he came back with some options, I was very touched by this, it has been so difficult trying to deal with my Mum's condition and this act of kindness meant so much to us! I sadly didn't get the young man's name but would very much appreciate it if you could pass our thanks on to him Also, the young lady on the till who served us was just as lovely, she was patient and caring, you clearly have a good team of people, thankyou x The lady on the till was Ellie Brown x"
