"Here is a complaint that I submitted regarding the aggressive behaviour of a staff member within this store. Needless to say, we will not be shopping here again. Dear Nisa, This is a complaint regarding a member of staff at your Windhill Road, Wakefield store. I do not know the employee's name, only that she has blonde hair and a ponytail, and lives on the Easmoor estate. Last night, I confronted a group of children who regularly play football outside my home, regarding the large amount of rubbish they leave behind each evening. This woman, your employee, came around and tried to kick my door down, and was ignored. Thus far, this does not concern you. However, this morning at 12.25 my wife went to your store and was aggressively confronted within the store by this woman, who was working behind the counter. She was threatened, and foul language used. She then walked around the store telling the other customers what had happened. The manager and other members of staff did nothing to stop her. I will be referring this matter to the police, and unless the situation is redressed and an apology forthcoming, I shall be taking legal action against your company. As a journalist, I shall ensure that this issue reaches the press, and acquires extensive social media coverage. What happens extant of the store is one matter. What transpires within the store is another."
