They cancelled on us a few days prior and told us they would be in touch to arrange a new date. Never heard back from them. Then about a week later they turned up unannounced early on a Saturday morning when we were in bed enjoying our only lie in!! The quote we received for the gutter cleaning was more than double that a local company quoted so we tried calling to say we would not be needing their services again. We could never get through so we replied to the text they had sent us saying we won't be using them. Then they have still turned up while we were out and cleaned the front half of our house only and put an invoice through for £7.50 for 4 Windows! I cannot get through to complain."
