Reviews
"Nice but steep at time walk through some nice woodlands from the top of the valley next to the school where we parked down to the waterfalls. Some of the walk was closed off due to erosion and unsafe buildings, however you still can get to the waterfalls if you carry on the dirt road for a bit."
"Quite nice waterfalls in a pretty place. Waterfalls are always worth a view, but there was more of an industrial look here rather than a natural fairytale look of other falls I've seen. The biggest drop has a nice natural look about it though and the stream. Hard to get a park here so plan ahead."
"Amazing place to visit if you are agile enough to climb a wall, hop over a fence or squeeze between the temporary fencing around these wonderful buildings owned by The Arkwright Society and the associated cascading waterfalls. Not accessible for anyone without all of their abilities."
"Such a lovely walk around this historic site. Not just the waterfall but the mill buildings too. Shame a few people can't appreciate it and still choose to litter but it's their loss. Seems that it shuts weekends and Bank Holidays so it can't be ruined so lucky we stumbled across it on a weekday. A few people around. Parked at the bottom in a free car park."
