"Great place to come friendly staff, although could not make it the weekend gone as my two children who are 2/3 both autistic and do not speak both had melt downs and we could not attend, cost me £60 to be told they couldn’t rebook as we didn’t give 24 hours notice, anyone with kids like mine knows meltdowns do not happen in advance of events planned. Was told they are trying to run a charity, that’s fair enough, but I’m not a charity and I don’t work 12 plus hours overtime on top of my 38 hour week a month to treat my kids to days out, to struggle paying bills with the currant climate to be told that. Sorry won’t be attending again, disappointed massively. I wasn’t asking to rebook anytime, just fit us in when there wasn’t a booking. Non profit organisation… lol."
