"Ignore the reviews of Brokers etc, what anyone should be interested in is the supposed Insured parties like myself, and just one other I note below. HomePro have obviously honed the refusal to obtain redress into a fine art. I tried to claim on a policy for defective work and even went to the Ombudsman to assist in verifying as to whether I had a legitimate claim, the Ombudsman agreed, and yet the company are still refusing to pay anything for works covered under the Guarantee given to me by a Contractor now longer trading. There isn't a barge pole long enough to forewarn people about touching this reprehensible company's product. Shameful."
