Reviews
"Tv rubbish stopped working and then start. Should have read the reviews"
"They buy a phone(this is just an example), for £70 and they sell it for £200 and if you ask for them to pay £5 less for it they starting to behave rude towards you! I don't recommend to anyone!"
"Over priced and rarely works. I brought an xbox360 game and had to take it back it didn't work, full on row from the staff. Swapped it for a different disk and that didn't work. It ended up in the bin. I'll never shop there again.... You have been warned."
"Generally OK prices as in most of the stores but consistent problems with the staff. They have absolutely NO interest in customer service. You'll NEVER be approached, its difficult to find a staff member who can be bothered to assist you - usually I find they're too busy having a banter with each other. Im all for having a laugh at work but the higher management seriously need to look at how they are hiring and training their staff. They all seem to have an "I know better than you because I work in a second hand store" complex. Generally because of this I avoid cash generator like a plague but when I do NEED to go in, I cant recall a time where I've left feeling happy - hell, I'd take even neutral. Whether I've brought something or not their staff always seem to find a way of p*ssing me off. If you're a manager - and you're reading this I cant stress enough to you the importance of what I'm saying. You're probably already making a killing from the way you structure your prices anyway but you could do so much more with a better, more customer friendly attitude and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. At the moment they seem to be getting all their technical information from Facebook"
