"Only reason I’m putting one star is because I got a bottle of Coca-Cola as well, and it actually turned up correctly… I’m a recovering alcoholic, and I ordered 4 alcohol free ciders. However, they sent over 4 of the alcohol cider instead. IF I WANTED TO MESS UP MY SOBRIETY SO BADLY THEN I WOULD OF ASKED FOR ALCOHOL WOULDN’T I?! If they ain’t collected by the end of the day(28th August 2022), then I’m flushing the liquids away, and smashing up the bottles. {and trust me, that’s a promise!!}"
"On the whole it's OK. A bit expensive though and their stock levels are abysmal. They'll need to do better once Tesco's re open."
"Generally a very good place in all my experiences the staff have been very helpful and kind. The only criticism I have is the products are quite expensive compared to other stores."

"Just wanted to say that during stressful shopping times, I have found the staff at Rubery co-op to be the most dedicated, consistently kind, helpful and hardworking members of the community. These guys have to deal with situations I'm glad I can walk away from. Thank you, you are appreciated."
