"Wow never felt so small and never been spoken to with such arrogance phoned store asked lady if they had a certain product she said yh we've got it downstairs I said definitely cause it's pouring with rain I don't want to walk up for nothing wow I got there we've never stocked that I never said that ended up getting thrown out disgusting"
"Not impressed today by the lack of normal customer service i went in and asked if the penny sale was on i had to repeat myself twice to get the answer no? so i asked when it was on again the two sales assistants said they dont know i get that i really do get it The problem i have is then the one assistant just ended going on a rant saying"they come in and just ask us when the sales on we don't no!! " ect ect while the other assistant just stood there laughing with her I thought this was a little off slightly weird as i only asked if it was on and when i understand alot of customers must ask the same questions but i was not implying they nkew Or just weren't telling. I thought it was a lack of professionalism I then ask if i buy all the protein bars at the front, the reduced one's how much will they be on the buy one get one half price sale the assistant stood there with out coming to the checkout out just staring at me with a glazed look? Finally got served That was the weirdest experience I've had in any Holland and Barrett in my 20 odd years as a customer Not all stores are like this just this one so don't be put off but to be fair alot of shops in Northfield give this kind of customer service"
