"Long waiting times when phoning up. Lack of updates and low settlement figures. After 6 weeks my claim has not been settled even with a proven liability for the 3rd party. After speaking with them yesterday it is looking like I have several more weeks to wait until the claim is sorted. My wife’s car was fixed and her claim dealt with within 3 weeks even with a liability dispute. Lucky for her she was with another company. I will certainly not be using Plantec again."

"These guys are fantastic, if your bike has any defect they will swap the bike the very next morning no problem. Never got a bike older than 2021, delivery guys talk you through everything and are very helpful. I recommend them for sure."

"Do not repair your bike from these people!!!! I’ve recently sent my bike to this company via my insurance company and did not satisfy my expectations. Rather caused me even more problematic situations. They switch your parts with old ones without even letting you know. My Honda garage isn’t taking my bike anymore as they’ve told me that most of the parts have been replaced with damaged parts. Keep in mind the reason I intended to repair my bike was because of a slight scratches on my bike. Not only that but they’ve also haven’t paid me my recovery as they originally intended to. It’s been more then a year now."

"Absolute fraudulent people . I’ve been rear ended and because of an advise of a friend decided to give them a call . As soon as we spoke they’ve promised me everything should be okay as quick as possible. They gave me a hire bike ( at a cost of £234 a DAY ) with the ABS light on , looking horrible. And they wanted to take the money off the guy who hit me insurance. When I gave it back a couple a days ago as it was useless motorbike, they’ve just cancelled the agreement between us without letting me know . Absolute scammers ! Disgusting! Stay away from them ! Time wasters. And they wanted me to call a recovery and store my motorbike in there , and in the end I’ve paid £480 off my pocket as the price was high for them !"

"I don’t even know where to start regarding Plantechassist and there awful stressful customer service. I was involved in a motorcycle accident 3 months ago and the 3rd party admitting full liability straight away. plantech have messed around for 3 months, chasing my case every 2 weeks, not replying to my emails, impossible to get through to on the phone. In all my years plantech is the worst company I’ve ever used, the staff are rude and just brush you off and don’t bother getting anything done. It’s caused me a lot of stress and wasted time hanging on the phone for hours to find out no information at all. Misha Miller, James Harris, Emma Jane Turner, Natalie Nicholl are some of the people messing me around from plantech. I’m going to leave another review as and when plantech can finally have my case closed. But after 3 months of dealing with plantech I can honestly say it’s been the worst experience Iv had using a company like this."
