Initial call out diagnosed the problem and then during the 2nd call out, a replacement part was installed and the boiler is now working fine. "We needed to update the boiler at our community centre. We were advised by our maintenance man that it would be a concise job as it appeared that the heating / water was running on different systems with a confusing large amount of pipework in the loft. Andy Mitchell from Homeglow came over to survey & within minutes had worked out the system which he explained in detail. We were given a fixed price & a time schedule which we thought was very reasonable. The installation was done far ahead of schedule & the heating / water system was converted into one simple system. After the works, all debris was taken away & there was no evidence at all that majors work had taken place. Andy & Gary who did the work was obviously very experienced & professional & I would highly recommend their services."
