"Huge shop with lots of different stock. This has always been one of the reasons to shop in Dudley. Staff are always friendly here. I have seen them helping people with their bags and taking customers to find what they're looking for. Really nice people. Though Poundland now seems things over a pound, this can be useful for things like headphones.. That are cheaper here than elsewhere and decent quality. Love shopping here for all the little things that add up... Toothpaste, bath toys (my little ones love the bath crayons!), Kitchen cleaners, detergents (ace bleach... Always double the price everywhere else!). If you know what you're after, this is usually a place to have on your list to get some of your list. :)"
"Staff followed me around as I had clothing on my pram. The fat manager with glasses asked till staff how they knew me. Totally unprofessional will be making a formall complaint. On another note if ur gonna follow people maybe shed few stone cause ur easy noticeable."

Very rude shouting at his own staff and expecting her to serve a massive queue on her own whilst also expected to stop a shoplifter? Feel sorry for the people that work there with a manager like that."
