"Unfortunately had abit of a negative experience. Purchased a ring sold as Sterling Silver set with black and white diamonds, got it home tested the stones as I do with all new pieces I buy . Nope CZs . Fair enough when I went back and pointed it out they checked and said we’re so sorry this was an error their end and the stones are in fact czs . They did give me a refund of the cost price however at this point I’ve done 2 round trips from Nottingham city centre to Mansfield once to collect once to return. Taking over 2 hours a time so I’m kind of still out of pocket . And I worry that a jeweller that has so much experience missed this . I’d recommend getting your purchases from here verified by another independent jewellers if you have any doubt as if they missed this what else have they missed ?"

He advised me to complete the order he confirmed he had received my request and would ensure the size was adjusted.
