"Bought a 10mm Gold spanner bracelet from these guys, took it back cos there was a couple of scratches on it , sorted it straight away no problem. Also took a sentimental Gold chain in what Mum bought me for repair work, top job, excellent service, excellent staff. Highly recommended. Thank you Gold Workshop."
"1000% recommend I had my wedding ring designed and made here, and i could not be happier, it is beautiful. I wasn't sure what I wanted at all, so I showed them my engagement ring with a photo of what i liked, and then Jamie came up with a beautiful design. Within a couple of weeks, my ring was ready, very affordable as well. I thought a bespoke ring would be ridiculous pricing, but they kept to my budget. I can assure you will not be disappointed."
"I am over the moon with what the gold workshop done for me I wanted 2 hearts made with my own scrap gold one 2 be made with my mums ashes and the other 2 have my mums handwriting engraved on I bought a bracelet for them 2 go on aswell from them they have done exactly as I asked!! And kept me Informed along the way this was all done over the phone/texts as I don't live anywhere close to them prte and Linda were very friendly when I spoke to them and helpfully. Would deffo use again if I needed any more hand made jewellery thank you once again!"
"I took my ring to be repaired which when I got it back was not a good repair which I didn't notice till later on but I was desperate as I was due to leave the country, id had the ring back 4 weeks when the repair broke again and I lost the original gem, took it back the the gentleman was accepting that it was broke due to there repaired and said he would fix it free of charge as I did have warranty, but the woman working on the desk had a disgusting attitude, I wasn't happy with the 3 week wait to have it repaired she responded with "he's fixing it out of kind gesture" WRONG he's fixing his repair she continued to argue with me till I felt like I had to leave before I really lost my temper! The woman who works on the desk really let's the other staff down with her attitude, disgusting how she talks to "customers". Won't use again due to this."
"Took my old charm bracelet in for repairing. New safety chain, handle to basket broken and a pair of old bow earrings that I had soldered(?) together to make a complete bow attached as a new charm and a strawberry charm added. Everything came out lovely. There were a pair of dolphin earrings which I was having attached back to back but they couldn't be done due to the style rather than the workers ability. Disappointed about the dolphin earrings but if it can't be done it can't be done! There were also 3 pair of gold drop earrings that the "drops" had become detached on odd ones repaired. AND took in an old ring that belonged to my grandmother to have a claw built up. Total cost £130 sounds like a lot but I had a lot of little fiddly jobs done. I'm happy. Only 2 people allowed in the shop so we were queueing in the street. Its very popular. Though you might think twice about Saturday dinnertime for a visit"
