"Uses local garages to do the rescue and provide service at a good price including trip to Europe for 90 days. In 2023 I broke down and was quickly rescued to a garage. I was phoned each day to check on my progress. Very impressed by European service"

"I have been with Driver Guardian for three years. To date, I have not had to use them for a breakdown. I have, however, always found renewing my policy straightforward, and each year the 10% discount has been applied with no questions asked. "Do not use this service. They do not have any intention of providing a good service. Rude staff- they try and argue and when they lost the argument , they state to email instead. Hang up on you. Yes they really do this. Wait time are atrocious. 5 hours average time to get them out. Then try to charge you more. Staff blatantly lie to you on the phone. Very normal This company is a middle man . Better to go to the real breakdown service companies. The guys that come out are not Driver Guardian related and are the mainstream companies and even they state that we should not sign up to Driver Guardian. Joke of a company with no professionalism or integrity. Huge relief for us when the renewal was due in two days time. Glad we cut ties. Hope they read this, as our staff will be putting out there own reviews too on social media of the appalling service they had to experience. I could go on about the specifics of the appalling company , I have call logs , recorded calls of there staff hanging up etc. Main Point is to warn the public of what they could be signing up for."
