"Really disappointed by this store today. The initial service was fab, and I bought the ring after trying it on and checking the size. The ring I purchased was boxed up away from me (perhaps my fault for being trusting). When I got to my office (5-10mins later) and opened the box I saw the ring was bent and a stone missing. I returned to the shop to basically be told I must have done it and I wouldn’t be getting a refund. Made worse by being told I’d have to pay to have it fixed. I’ve put in a complaint but please check your jewellery before leaving the store!!"

"Had a very very positive visit to the goldsmiths in Leeds centre this evening, I will be phoning and asking for the ladies name who served us as she went above and beyond to accommodate us with a gift for our daughters 18th birthday. Exceptional service and the added extra that was gifted was a lovely thoughtful touch. Our youngest daughter who was with us has autism and normally a trip to the shops isn't easy, the lady had poppy laughing the whole time we were there, it made such a difference to our shopping trip as well as the standard of service she provided in general. "The service was excellent. I called to reserve a ring and was able to try it at the store. The staff was elegant. They offered me a drink whilst I waited and went above board recommending eatery places nearby as I had come from afar. Definitely the best service I have received from Goldsmiths considering that I have been to other stores."
