"Called in to get a new battery for my watch and the young lady said oh yes, we can replace it. It will take 10-15 minutes and the cost is £15. Perfect. Went for a coffee and came back and the chap behind the counter informed me it was £20. I said no, I was told £15. He looked at a chart and said no, it's £20. Probably won't rush back."
