"Left 1star because I cant leave 0..appalling company, stayed in all day Saturday as I had received an email stating my parcel from virgin media was out for delivery, at 2020 I received an email telling me my parcel will be delivered today between 1540 and 1740 which on my reckoning was almost 5 hours previously .I then received another email at 2030 telling me they are sorry they missed me they will try again. Absolutely furious at wasting a full day waiting for this company who are not only liars but totally unreliable and unprofessional, avoid at all costs."
"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible service. My parcel was due to be delivered on the 30/11. On delivery day I had three people waiting in on my parcel for the tracking to update saying “refused at address”. NO attempt was even made and no calling card left. I changed my delivery address then 5days later!!! “Re delivery was attempted” LIES I have a ring doorbell no Yodel van in sight no attempt was event made but again said calling card was left. No calling was left at all. I have spoken to 8 web chats and rang the number only to hear a robots voice great no help at all!! I am beyond annoyed and disappointed by the service and being told “you’ll get it when you get it at the earliest we can” was icing on the cake!! Baring in mind in all this I had a yodel delivery for a separate parcel which came straight away….common sense would be to put both parcels together and deliver the same day. Shambles of a service avoid if possible"
"The worst courier company to ever exist. Driver threw my package over a 9 foot tall hedge, rather than using the clearly marked entrance, which was subsequently lost. Impossible to contact customer service via phone or web chat, had to expose on Trustpilot in order for their social media team to ‘reach out’ After a limited exchange of unhelpful emails, the now just ignore any emails. Now in process of making small claims court application to recover my losses. It’s an easy process, I suggest everybody does the same. It’s the only way you will get anything recovered from Yodel."
"Still not delivered my parcel after 4 days keep saying they can't locate address , when other delivery companies can easily find it , so changed the address to another one I was able to gain permission to do so and a further 2 days later still nothing , it seems to me this company doesn't seem to bother actually doing what they are supposed too. I am very unhappy because I have been given a time slot for no one to actually bother to come. And from what I've heard I'm not the only person having missing issues with parcels with this company. If things were actually done properly and delivered when stated in a 2 hour time frame then maybe a better review but as my parcel is now classed as missing I will have to take further action as there is no way a parcel that big can be lost."
