"Change your name to ConDelivery. The first and last time for me to turn to you. I placed an order for 2 parcels from Romania to the UK. I was told collection would be on Monday, then you said Tuesday. You called me on Wednesday that you lost the shipment from Suceava and you will bring the parcels back. You only brought them back on Friday and you also asked my mother for 75 lei.. For what exactly?? Not to mention that some of the products in the package were already unconsumable. SHAME ON YOU. You are frivolous and incompetent."
