"They've had my package at the depot for 5 days and made no attempt to deliver it. Also there is no way to actually speak to a real person, so trying to find out what the hold up is, is impossible. I know its Christmas and it's undoubtedly hectic, but not being able to communicate why there is a delay is poor customer service."

Why any reputable business still uses this disgusting company for their shipping is a mystery. Stay away if you value your items being shipped safely."

They collected a parcel a week ago and the tracking hasn’t updated since, can’t speak to a human to get an answer so just sat after a week waiting to see if or when I will ever get this parcel or my money back.
