"Called on Thursday on a whim as our boiler was playing up and nobody else could get get out to us till Monday. Lou came out that night and gave us the news we were dreading.... We needed a new boiler. He gave us a 4 day turn around he ordered a new baxi boiler and had it fitted by Monday (bare in mind the larger companies were olny going to come out to us by monday). He was absolutely wonderful. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better engineer. He was tidy clean, punctual, fairly priced. "Would recommend Lou in a heartbeat. My parents old boiler looked to be on its last legs near to the Christmas period and they were worried that they'd be without hot water and gas over Christmas. I found it really hard to find another installer who could pin down a time when they could come and this was worrying for them. Lou answered his phone, was friendly and helpful, turned up when he say he would, provided an estimate quickly and went above and beyond to make sure they were looked after. He is friendly, reliable and courteous. There was a small teething issue but once again he was responsive and helpful and there was no issue at all in getting this sorted quickly.
