"I've been there just to re arrange the paper rolls by the forklift driver for a easy offloading @ my destination. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful the forklift drivers and professional staff in office. Shower and canteen founded there including overnight brake having no taho program to leave. Thanks, 5*"

"When I came here to load my trailer I was asked to go to the office , I got there to the " transport office" window ( my typical window to go ) I was ignored for about 1 minute or 2 by the 2 people in the other side who were watching and laughing at some video in a mobile phone. After I said Good morning for 3rd time ( this time slightly louder but still in a good mood tone) the guy ( of the couple) looked at me like bothered with me for interrupting and told me that I'm in the wrong window . If you read this mate, sorry for bothering you but you know what? What bothers me is people delaying you for not doing they job and still try to make you feel uncomfortable. The forklift driver and the whole system couldn't be slower.. I was over 2 hours In the loading bay in the center of the yard to get loaded, get the paperwork and go, when I was the only one to get loaded. I agree with some other review which says they aren't very friendly with outside drivers. They also don't have a person who check and answer to the reviews as I saw someone reviewing very unfairly gainst them with 1 Star, Saying that a person who works here has a condition and he or she shouldn't work here because puts people at risk witch is absolutely unfairly discriminatory and awful thing to say. I reported that review hoping that that person never has to read it . You are welcome"
