"Absolutely disgusting!! Would not recommend this dog groomer and would highly advise everyone to book somewhere else. Someone recommended pongy pooches to me and as my regular dog groomers was fully booked I thought I’d book my dog for a nail trim! It wasn’t a trim the groomer CUT the nail so far back that it made them bleed and wouldn’t stop bleeding! The groomer was apologetic and got me the manger as I was so upset, she tried to turn it around and say it was my fault because his nails was too long! Very rude!! Shame I can’t upload pictures!"

"Absolutely amazing service! Took both our dogs in on the same day due to a cancellation and gave them an absolutely incredible makeover. They look gorgeous, smell amazing and are just two very happy Pooches. One of them loves to roll around in bushes so is no easy feat to groom I am sure. Very appreciative of a fantastic service and would definitely use again!"
"Absolutely disgusting treatment changed appointment time at last minute can’t give this place any stars but had to or I couldn’t post.After 5 mins of leaving our six month puppy we got a phone saying we had to collect her due to them finding fleas on her which we know is untrue as we have her treated at the vets every month and is bathed regularly.The owner of the business was very argumentative with us and handed our puppy dripping wet and very cold and distressed. We luckily found a more professional business who was happy to give her a groom and NO FLEAS were found I think due to the amount of dogs there we had to make room for her regular customers.Would not recommend this business to anyone."
