"Awful service. Called the company and they said 5/10/15 minutes. Obviously this didn’t register in my head as a poor taxi firm to use. Following a 30 minute wait I called as a follow up. They said they had already been and text me saying they were outside - obviously this was a lie or it had been them one in a million chances where a text never went through... you be the judge. They said a car would arrive shorty after, which, guaranteed it didn’t. If people decide to read this please opt for someone else, trust."
