"So happy, earlier today booked a taxi to ask the taxi driver to go pick up groceries for my 64yr old mother who is self isolating due to COPD and heart issues. He was such a lovely man and without hesitation offered to take the job. I am in Texas so only so much I can do here for here. Thanks for hard working caring people at this crazy time. We are so greatful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I will always use the 5555 taxis from this day forward."

"Absolute disgrace ordered two taxis non turned up left 2 woman stranded at s train station told taxis where cancelled, rebooked them took over 1 hour for one to come I gave the taxi to the two ladies waited another 30 mins for the other cab to come and the driver picked up another passenger randomly instead of the booking(me) he should have picked up. Wrong in so many ways not even worth one star private hire taxis doing random pickups very wrong. Just say your fully booked and cannot provide you instead of creating such bad service. Ended up getting a black cab and paying over the odds so bad it’s untrue."
