"Booked a taxi equipped for 5 people over an hour in advance, to be told if would come to nearer the time we booked it for as they could, they rang back 5 mins after the taxi was due to arrive to tell us they were not coming. This then incurred us being late for our venue,with 4 very moody children."

"Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Avoid this company at all costs, like many other reviewers the taxi that was pre booked to get my Mum to the airport arrived 45 minutes late and she nearly missed her flight as a result. Unprofessional, sloppy service. So disappointing."

"We ordered a taxi on Friday 19tg December around 11.30 to take us from Liverpool to Bromborough and Eastham. 20 minute wait but came earlier. Great service, very polite and friendly driver. Would definitely use again and would recommend."

"Would leave 0 stars if I could. Pre booked a taxi 6 days before for a pick up after a works Christmas event in Liverpool. Left waiting for over 45 minutes in the freezing cold so gave up. Luckily managed to get an Uber, otherwise I would have been stuck. Abysmal “service” and would never use them again, shambles."

"Don’t bother booking with them if you want a taxi to turn up! I booked to go to the station for a train and when it didn’t turn up, I called and was told no drivers are available. I’d booked it the day before and money had been taken from my account for it. Apparently just because you book a taxi, it doesn’t mean you’ll get one, so I was told! Who knew?! Avoid."
