"Got a booked taxi to Chorley Hospital Thursday morning for an appointment. I realised after my appointment I had left my gloves in the taxi. Rang Coopers who confirmed the taxi driver had my gloves. Friday evening unexpectedly the taxi driver knocked on my door with my gloves. Just want to say a big thanks as they were a special gift. Very kind and thoughtful. "I am a regular customer and have to say that this company is hit and miss. The telephone operators are always helpful and easy to talk too, however , sometimes you’re waiting for ages for your taxi, and sometimes it’s there before you’ve even said the word “taxi” - also come across a few rude taxi drivers lately who decide to spend most their time having a conversation on their phone (on hands free) rather than concentrating on where they’re actually going. Had an incident recently too where I was told that the taxi driver “didn’t have a card machine” when I’ve been advised that they all should have one - not everyone has cash on them. Shame really as I’ve also had a few very good drivers."
"Airport run. Called for a very late night airport run due to a delayed flight. Dave, the operator was very helpful and sorted my dilema quickly. Rashid turned up to collect but unfortunately the flight never arrived but he waited till all cancelled. Best Taxi service ever. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Coopers will def use you again! Also price was reasonable."
"Booked a taxi for 7.55.... Now 8.30 still no show. Missed my daughters dentist appointment and a very rude operator. Never again absolutely useless firm! EDIT AFTER THE REPLY... Wow the reply is the best total lies!! I booked an hour and 10 min prior to being picked up. So a lying firm on top of INCOMPETENT. no worries I won't ever be using again. Absolute jokes!"
