"Shocking. Used PLS for purchasing a house with no chain. It was a nightmare even trying to get hold of anyone to simply get an update. Emails apparently disappeared into the ether and I spent most of my time chasing any sort of response or action. The worst part about it was they double charged us for items on our final bill and after frequent chasing to their complaints department, we've had zero response.
