"I boarded my two cats frank and ginge , and i was very happy with there care, cattery was clean and roomy, and upon pickup i felt that they knew my cats (ginge is a t**t) and i did warn the staff to be careful. "I put my dog in she chewed all her toys up apparently witch is not like her she dose not look like she has been let out you could see where her skin was showing this is not fake horrible place to put your dog would never do it again not even gave her a bath smells horrible"
"Ive only given this dreadful place a star due to not being able to put my review out there without but if i could, id give this awful place&owners NO STARS!!! After collecting our dogs for staying here for the first and last time i broke into tears at how FILTHY!!! SCARED!!! and SMELLY!! our poor beloved pets came back to us!! The kennel owners admitted they hadnt even let them out of their own kennel for 2 whole weeks!!!! and DO NOT BELIEVE IT WHEN THEY SAY THEY GROOM YOUR PETS!!! THEY DO NOT!!!! My dogs came home STINKING of WEE!! Matted dull fur and YELLOW FROM BEING LAID IN THEIR URINE FOR THE WHOLE STAY!!! If you care about your pets AVOID THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!! They only care about MONEY!! Chunks of fur missing, scared nervous dogs that now FLINCH when someone goes to fuss them!! If only my dogs could talk!! AVOID!! THESE!! KENNELS!! AT!! ALLL!! COSTS!!!"
"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. All had been left in there own urine all 4 absolutely stinking of urine and covered in yellow urine. Covered in matts down the back absolutely do not take your dogs here shocking horrible place. Neglected my dogs to the extent of being different dogs. Please go elsewhere, this place needs shutting down. Left all contact details with not one call even though they said they were difficult....my dogs arent difficult in the slightest. Chunk of fur missing above one of my dogs eyes nothing was mentioned about this never again will my dogs ever go there again."
