"Absolutely horrific, if I could give 0 stars I would. I feel so scammed, my case was so straight forward. I was living in a dangerous house and my son who's autistic was suffering. Its taken way over 3 years for such a simple case. I've had the building surveyor tell me how screwed up it is and how much he thinks I'm owed. Didn't wanna settle for the offer I was given and the solicitors no matter what I said wouldnt even let me not settle I was so appauled!!!
