"Don't use this company 8 months to get probate. Took months for them to do paperwork, appeared they were getting trainees doing it who clearly didn't know what to do as took so long. There are other companies out there who can do this quicker and cheaper. same with power of attorney completed this one myself and saved money. I put a complaint in during the time but was dismissed and then you had to send in more information as to why you were executors surly you could have anticipated this as being professionals in this field."
