"Fantastic cattery. Our two cats settled as soon as we left them and were equally as happy on our return a week later. Tony and Sarah clearly care immensely for their residents, and even went out of their way to find similar wet food after I accidentally put too few pouches in their bags! Really lovely set-up overall, and we'll definitely be returning when the next holiday rolls around."

"My cats have now been here three times, Tony and Sarah have made the effort to get to know each of them and their personalities and looked after them according to their needs. The cattery is clean and tidy, and the pens are a reasonable size, with plenty of space for the cats to hide out or keep and eye on things as they choose. "Willow Tree Cattery is a lovely, clean cattery with owners and staff who show a real interest in the fur friends they are accommodating. The pens have wall scratchers inside and a record of when they've been cleaned and brushed etc. Originally, my tabby cat, Ralph, was booked in for two weeks whilst we were waiting for a completion date on a new build locally but Tony and Sarah were so accommodating when our house was not ready. They did their best to move things around so that he could stay longer whilst we were waiting for our house to be finished. During that time, Tony allowed me to pop up and visit Ralph at dates and times convenient to the both of us and it was reassuring to see him and how well cared for he was there. When he was nervous at the beginning, Tony set up a little tent for him to cosy up and hide away in until he settled in. Seven weeks later, we had a cat ready to move into his new home and be with his family but he was happy and well cared for. He will most certainly being go back on a holiday and to visit all at Willow Tree Cattery!"

"My cat is 13 yrs old and up until recently never stayed away from home. Researching many catteries we thought we would give Willow Tree a try. I wasn't disappointed in any way. My cat is very timid but my mind was put at ease straight away. After looking round I booked my cat in and he has now stopped there several times. Not only are Sara and Tony lovely friendly people, they put your mind at ease and nothing is too much trouble. Your cats are catered for their individual needs, and they also offer friendly advice. We travel from over the other side of town but is well worth travelling the distance to know my cat is well looked after and stress free. Thank you Sara and Tony Gillian"
