"Where do I start, took my dog here today at 9am and told he would be ready at 10 then told 11 when I went for him I had to wait till 11,20 then I was told cause he is a old dog (10)and would not stand a was been charged double so paid 60 instead of the"
"The worst experience Our Italian spinone went here, and came back looking like a completely different dog (photos attached before and after the extreme grooming experience). All of her features unique to her breed have disappeared, having undergone extreme chipping, which is not would you'd expect from the professional grooming service . Having reached out to Mark (who I'm assuming is the owner of this company) wishing to discuss this as we're so angry and upset at the end result, all I got back was "we're on holiday now for 3.5weeks, so will speak to you after that and hopefully your anger will have dispersed" if I could have awarded a ZERO star, i would have, and we will certainly not be taking our dog back there again or recommending them to anyone!"
"Couldn't recommend this place more highly, Mark and his team were able to deal with my dog who, due to fear, usually does not allow anyone anywhere near her hair (without sedatives). So we were all amazed to find her fully clipped. Really lovely service, I think they must have been really kind to her in spite of her behaviour... I'm sure it's helped reduce her fear, and she is perhaps even looking forward to her next visit there!!"
