"first time my dog went there, i will certainly not be using them again! Dog came home and he hadn't been bathed and his nails had not been clipped when confronted about this they said they didnt have time. Shocking service and the fact my dog will now need ANOTHER hair cut probably next week says a lot really! Not impressed and would NOT reccomend at all :("
"So good last year on complete strip and "the works" on my Italian Spinone boy, that I've just re-booked for this year, despite it being a bit of a trek for us now that Leanne's moved to the other side of Harrogate. He's quite a sensitive soul and hates being groomed! but obviously liked and responded well to Leanne. She's also the first groomer in five who's had the knowhow to give him the correct Spinone look (tho he's not a show dog)."
