"Emily has looked after our Old English Sheepdog since he was a puppy, introducing him to being groomed with puppy packages and now looking after his adult coat. He always looks (and smells!!) fantastic and still looks great as it grows out in between too. She is super patient and always books him out plenty of time so he can have lots of breaks throughout, especially for his full groom sessions which can be around 4 hours long. Emily has also been super supportive when he needed surgery, advising and assisting us with a super short cut for his crate recovery & even sent him a super get well soon package. Couldn't recommend her enough!!"
