"Just come off the phone after speaking to a very rude impolite man that answered the phone. He insisted that I could not be registered with more than one vets for my cats, despite doing this for the last 5+ years. I have always been with vets4pets for the complete care plan and taken them elsewhere for everything else as I find vets4pets too expensive for anything other than the complete care plan, in which I receive the flea and wormer treatment, vaccines and health checks for £10/cat per month. He insisted that I should go elsewhere to get it if I didn't want to go to them for treatments. Very very rude and bad customer service....absolutely appalled!!!!! He should not be on reception. He had no customer service skills at all. Will be telling everyone I know not to use vets4pets as they are a rip-off!"
"Took our new puppy for some toys and to be weighed as it states online they offer a free weighing service. The receptionist at the vets wouldn't let us weigh our puppy because "we weren't registered with them". Scale was literally right at the side of her in the waiting area, accessible to anyone. Nobody there, and she was sat doing nothing. Rang Cortonwood branch today, they said bring him down anytime its a free service. Absolute jobsworth, wish I'd got her name."
