"Absolutely useless .!!! Had pay a deposit of £15 to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to be told the groomer didn’t know how to groom a poodle in the lamb cut which is one of the most common cuts. I wouldn’t mind but they asked how I wanted him cut and were grooming a miniature poodle in the exact cut so I asked for that cut when I booked the dog in . I am furious as they wouldn’t cut him until he was six months old and then when I turned up they said “ he’s very long” ….no s**t Sherlock … my opinion is it was too much work for a Saturday afternoon . Avoid the place!"
