"Usually go down to this store for convenience and in the past have been helpful but today certainly not. Went in with my pooch after walk as I usually do to get his food and my other dogs food who as at home. Thought I had change with me but ended up only had lose chance and a £2coin. Asked if they would be able to change so could get a trolley (Little difficult with a big dog and carrying big bag of food). Got told that they could not go in the till and it was suggested that I went to another store to change it then come back.....I wasn't taking the dog back to the car to lock him in it while I go get change to use your store! How about change this policy and allow your staff to do something small to help! Bought less as a result."

"We've been a couple of times and the staff seem more inclined to chat with each other than help customers. There's a good range of product, however just because you bought something there once or twice doesn't necessarily mean they will have it the next time. It's easier to buy online and more affordable if you shop around."
